We search the world for the highest quality materials available,
and have spent countless hours researching and testing each one of them. Our leathers are sourced from the finest
tanneries in America and Europe, then are hand cut and shaped. Using threads from
the preeminent manufacturers in Europe and America, we saddle stitch each piece
by hand. Our pieces are refined using the best finishing materials from Europe,

and polishing, employs master techniques that have been developed
over centuries. The result is that every Millmont piece is painstakingly made

Every item is photographed to give an accurate portrayal of the item
(colors, details, etc.). Though the photos are a good representation of that
particular product, your leather piece is unique and may not be exactly as
shown. Each piece of leather is distinct, and cut and crafted by hand, not by machines. Your piece is individually made and inspected
for quality and beauty.

We are meticulous in the handcrafting of our leather goods, which is why we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all Millmont products. Products are
represented through images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Exact
color cannot be guaranteed. As leather is a natural material and all products
are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece. Every product that leaves our workshop is
inspected repeatedly to ensure quality. With proper use and care, our products
should last a very long time. Our lifetime warranty covers any Millmont
product with manufacturing or materials defect under normal conditions of use
such as stitching failure, assembly defects or material failure. Each case will
be assessed individually. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or
damage caused by you, damage caused by accident, water damage, alterations
made by you or a third party, and general neglect through use. Depending on the
item and the nature of the issue, we will either repair or replace the item. Customers

International orders may incur a customs tax charged by the destination
country, which the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your
local customs office to find out what import taxes your country charges for USA

purchase as a gift, please indicate this in the ‘NOTES’ section within your
Cart. You may also specify a gift message in the ‘NOTES’ section. We will
include a handwritten card with your message in the shipment.

your APO or FPO as the city. The state will be either AE, AP, or AA depending
on your current address. Please choose the USA for your shipping country for
fees to be calculated correctly. Please be sure to include the zip code.
Once orders are shipped, Millmont is not responsible for lost, stolen,
or misdelivered packages. Orders placed on our website are shipped via a third-party
carrier, and risk of loss and title for goods ordered pass onto you upon our
delivery to the carrier. If you are having trouble tracking down a shipment, please
contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance. The
shipping carrier used will be listed on your shipping confirmation email.
All products from the Millmont
are carefully handmade by our owner. We want you to be delighted with your
item. If you are not happy with your order for any reasons, please send us an

Returns and exchanges
are acceptable within 14 days of delivery date. Please contact us at email@example.com to request a return/exchange. The item to be
returned/exchanged must be in its original, unused condition.

Once your return is
received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will
be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original
method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for bank processing. The refund will be for the
purchase amount minus any shipping fees incurred by Millmont.
If the item is to be
exchanged, we will ship out the new item once we have received the returned
item in new condition. We will email you
the shipment information.
We have specifically
chosen leathers that age beautifully over time, and require little care. If you
would like to condition your leather to re-hydrate it or to jump-start the
darkening and softening process, we recommend applying neatsfoot oil –
just remember, a little goes a long way. Start with a very light, even coat
applied with a clean, dry cloth and be sure to remove any excess oil. Allow the
piece to dry completely before use. To clean any of our leather items, we
recommend using a soft, dry cloth to gently brush away surface dirt and grime. In
general, you want to keep water and dirt away, while making sure the leather
doesn't dry out, which could lead to cracking. If you find any leather goods getting very dry,
a coat of mink or neatsfoot oil will help bring it back.
