All products from the Millmont are carefully handmade by our owner. We want you to be delighted with your item. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of package. Please review our return policy in FAQ section for further information.
1. Verify that your item is in the same condition as it was received. If you are unsure, please email us for more information.
2. Complete this return form. Please include your reason for requesting a return, the order number and same email address you ordered with.
3. After you receive an email confirmation from us for your return place the item in the packaging it came in, put in a shipping box, and include your order number and a copy of the email from us authorizing the return. We suggest using Priority Mail to ensure that your order returns safely to us. We cannot be held liable for damaged or lost parcels. Ship to:
